Product Description
High-temperature labels are designed for high-temperature operations in steelmaking, casting and heat treatment. In scenarios such as billets leaving the furnace or castings being demoulded, the label can be applied directly to the hot substrate, completing identification and coding without waiting for the part to cool.
Operating Conditions
- Continuous high temperature: 300–800 °C
- Short-term peak resistance: 1200 °C
- Substrates: billets, castings, heat-treated parts, rolled coil
Key Performance
- Ceramic composite material; does not carbonise or detach at high temperature
- Supports QR codes, barcodes and human-readable characters
- Resistant to abrasion, dust and cooling-water wash
- Printed without cooling; readable immediately off the line for full traceability
Specification Advice
Temperature curves and dwell times vary considerably between processes. We recommend providing your actual operating parameters so that we can issue a material structure proposal before confirming the specification.
